Nobody get excited about the loss...it was simply getting rid of the water that I retained from sampling my Chili on Friday. With that being said, I am still pretty pleased! I had two cups of chili on Friday, and yesterday I, ahem, indulged in more than one adult beverage..., 2 hamburger patties, and one bite of flan! So I have not followed protocol since Wednesday, and I am still down. Had I had magic glasess that forsaw the future, I would have taken a break, but I didn't, so it is what it is.
So, we are finally through celebrating darling daughter's birthday. We had yet ANOTHER party in the park yesterday. This one was the hodge podge of friends without kids, with little kids, and our international jetsetter friends... HA! My husband is from South America, and so we have this one group of very eclectic friends from all over the world. It was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL DAY! Spring is springing here in Central Texas!
So after the week that I have had, I went to bed right after I got Her Royal Highness to bed...7:58 to be exact...and I woke up this morning at 7:27. Nothing like 11 and a half hours of sleep to rejuvenate a person! I know that sleep is sooo important, and as a country we don't get enough.
So now it's time to be totally serious again about this protocol. I only have 16 days until my last injection this round. And I want to maximize my losses, since I don't think I will be able to do another round until at least the middle of June!
So on to my comments from Friday...
Biz, It truly is about making right choices isn't it?
Jenn, yeah, WHATEVER right back at you, Beer drinkin, crawfish eatin, little miss size 4! :)
Crystal, Hey, thanks for stopping by! This is my first round, and I REALLY don't know where the will power is coming from! LOL

OK, you, me, stick-to-the-protocol buddies from here on out, OK? We both have time limitations to achieve our goals -- you the Danskin thing, and me my bladder & kidney health. Deal?
So glad you had such a great time with your daughter's birthday -- you sound like you have a large and lovingly supportive community -- the key to a long happy life. My daughter is 8 -- yours is 7?
