Ok, doesn't look too bad on the calorie intake, until you see what I ate. Popcorn, LOTS of popcorn, hard smoked cheese, an apple, and broccoli salad. Almost half my calories were from FAT!!!
So you have it here in writing. My menu for today. Protein smoothie...breakfast, lunch, and if I am hungry, for a snack. Dinner is broiled Tilapia with asparagus or salad greens.
Gotta run and get darling daughter up for school!

Popcorn was the culprit for me getting over LIW-I got my "popcorn fix" too!
