I had the rest of the cabbage chili for lunch, with a grissini. And then had tilapia, with asparagus...yum!

I have become an addict of 1/4 cup cottage cheese with apples or strawberries in nutmeg, sweetner, and cinnamon. I bake the apples and oh my gosh, they are soooo good!

One thing that I have on hand now is some fizzy magnesium. The other day I felt like I was going to explode...bloated, bloated, bloated, with intestinal unhappiness! LOL So now if I feel that way for a day or so, I take one tsp. at night, and voila! Much better!
